Time is fluid and always surges, predictably, second by second.
To live in Mexico is to be water, and the time here often makes me ask myself if I am dreaming. Something like a trip to the airport can take 30 mins or 3 hours, depending on the fluidity of traffic. If a motorcyclist made it safely, or if the road that was previously open, but is now closed, are simple reasons for delays. To complicate things, there are vehicles that look like they have been in a kung fu match.
